| Looking for a fourth roommate for spring 2012. My two roommates and I share a four bedroom two bathroom apartment close to campus. we have one cat and would not mind other small animals. | Hey there I'm looking for some cool roomies for the 2012-13 school year. My personal budget for a room cost is 400 bucks or so. I have a small, non-yappy clean dog who loves everyone. | HI my name is Jocelyn and I live in Pullman. Planning on going to WSU in the fall. I'm looking for a roommate for the fall 2012- spring 2013 school year. lease will start at the end of May. rent is $262/month plus electricity($40)..Internet is FREE. | Looking for people to take over my rent on a two bedroom, two bath second floor apartment. rent is $875 which splits to $435 or $440 every other month, w/s/g is included and the apartments have a nice clubhouse, with an indoor and outdoor pool, exercise room, and free tanning. | Looking for someone to take over my lease on my one bedroom apartment ASAP. Clean, located a mere 10-15 minute walk to campus, WSU Rec Center, and Dissmore's. The lease ends in April, but can be extended. I have never had pets, I don't smoke, I have never had a party here, it is immaculate and is on the top floor. Other benefits are: Express 1 and 2 bus stops are only a block away, and North and South also have stops a block away. Right behind the ZZU, Cougar Corner Mart, and Azia. Perfect size for one person! Quiet community with lots of off-street parking! Rent is $575, w/s/g is paid by landlord and electricity usually is about $40 per month. | |||
