Roommate Finder Terms

Roommate finder is a free service provided by KIP Development. We have a few simple guidelines we ask users to abide by. Please read through the guidelines before placing an ad.

• Landlords seeking to rent out rooms or apartments may not use this form.
• No more than one ad per week seeking roommates or housing allowed per person.
• Ads will automatically be deleted after 60 days.
• Profanity and/or advertisements are not allowed.
• KIP Development will not tolerate ads that discriminate against race, color, sexual orientation, national origin or religion as outlined in the Federal Fair Housing Act.
