What is Due at the time of rental of my storage locker?

• All new storage agreements for a term less than 60 days requires payment in full at time of rental.
• Month to month lease agreements require prorated payment the first months rent and payment in full of the second months rent at time of rental.
• A $10 processing fee is due at time of rental on all storage locker rentals
• Please read the online reservation policy closely prior to making a online reservation

Reservations are not required to rent a storage unit.

You may call or visit our office to guarantee and reserve a storage unit for up to one week in advance of the date you need the unit.  Need a Storage unit now? Just call 509.334.7444 

 If you decide to reserve a storage unit for the future the following policies are in effect.

• A non-refundable reservation fee is required for all future hold reservations valid for a 7-day period from the time of reservation.
• The Lease must start within 7-days of your reservation being made (reservations made that exceed the 7-day period will not be honored).
• You must contact the office within 48- hours of making the reservation to set up a appointment for signing the rental agreement for the reservation to remain valid for the 7-day period.
• All reservations made where  the renter fails to enter into a rental agreement within the 7-day period will terminate after the 7th day.
• The Reservation fee is non-refundable.
