Leasing Information

All rents listed are based upon a 12 month lease. Rent may vary depending upon the length and terms of the lease.

Cats are allowed by prior owner`s written approval and a Cat deposit of $200.00 per Cat, limited to no more than two cats per residence.

A completed application to rent is required for each person residing in an apartment. There is no application fee unless a co-signer is required. Co-signers are required to pay a $30.00 fee at time of application. 

A refundable deposit is the greater of $200. per person or $350. minimum per apartment. A non-refundable move-in renewal fee of $25.00 per person is required at the time of lease signing and or renewal. Maximum security/Damage deposit per family is $600. per apartment

Landlord pays for water/sewer/garbage.

Tenant responsible for costs of electric, phone, TV, internet, High speed wireless internet available at this location.

 

There is an additional monthly rental charge of $75.00 for each person living in the premises over the number of bedrooms in each unit. Exceptions are immediate family members; the additional monthly fee applies to roommates exceeding the number of bedrooms in the unit
