All rents listed are based upon a 12 month lease. Rent may vary depending upon the length and terms of the lease.
A completed application to rent is required for each person residing in an apartment. There is no application fee unless a co-signer is required. Co-signers are required to pay a $30.00 fee at time of application.
A refundable deposit is required equal to one month`s rent. A non-refundable move-in renewal fee of $25.00 per person is required at the time of lease signing and or renewal.
Landlord pays for water/sewer only.
Tenant is responsible for electric, gas, phone, TV, trash removal and internet access. also responsible for lawn and yard maintenance and snow removal from driveways and walks.
There is an additional monthly rental charge of $75.00 for each person living in the premises over the number of bedrooms in each unit.
