All rents listed are based upon a 12 month lease. Rent may vary depending upon the length and terms of the lease.
A completed application to rent is required for each person residing in an apartment. There is no application fee unless a co-signer is required. Co-signers are required to pay a $30.00 fee at time of application.
A refundable deposit is the greater of $200. per person or $350. minimum. A non-refundable move-in renewal fee of $25.00 per person is required at the time of lease signing and or renewal. Maximum security/Damage deposit per family is $600. per apartment
Additional pet deposit will be required depending on circumstances.
Tenant pays for electric, phone, TV, internet access, water/sewer, and garbage removal, also provides all lawn and yard service including snow removal of drives and walks
There is an additional monthly rental charge of $25.00 for each person living in the premises over the number of bedrooms in each unit.
