Option #2 Retail or office Layout (713 sq ft remodeled to retail or office layouts)
  • Base rent for initial lease term $19.00 per square foot per year for exclusive Square footage and $9.00 per square foot for common areas or $1,256 Per Month
  • Five year term with a five year option to renew

Lessee to provide the following:
  • All phone / data / TV / alarm, systems and terminations
  • Fixtures, displays and furniture
  • Graphics, labor for all Lessee’s signage, for all Lessor supplied sign boxes
  • All utilities supplied to the suites premises during the lease term
  • Procure Lessor’s approval prior to any remodel or construction activities to the suites premises
