| I am renewing at Latah Apartments. I am looking for a female roommate to pick up the lease after July 2010-July 2011. My roommate is moving out. I prefer some who does not smoke or drink in the apartment, but you can drink outside of that if you choose to. I am willing to move somewhere else if the rent is cheaper elsewhere. I love cats, but don't have one so pets in general are fine. I am study oriented and believe socializing comes second. I enjoy music and I am a Pre-pharmacy major/music minor. | Hello, I'm looking for room for new session that start in August but I am ready to move to Pullman by April/May for part-time job around the town. I will be graduate student from Statistic Departments this fall. | I live at Latah Apartments behind Sella's. I have a roommate that is moving out in May and I really need a new one starting then and for the 2010-2011 school year. The bedrooms are large and I own all of the furniture for the living room and most of the things for the bathroom and kitchen so you would only need to worry about your room. The apartment allows cats and I have one and a fish. The rent is $310 a piece and also the addition of half the bill for electric and cable. As for me I am 21 and I am majoring in zoology. Im pretty chill about cleanliness but I keep my stuff cleaned up. The lease needs to be signed by March 5th so if anyone interested could get back to me asap that would be great. |

| So we live in a 4 bedroom house on Maple Ext. Its a pretty old school house but we keep it pretty clean and tidy and try to take care of it as much as possible. We have a lot of living area and plenty of furniture. We only have one bathroom but so far we haven't had any problems with 4 people living in the house. We have a washer and dryer that we share with the house under us. A little about the girls you would be living with... there will be 2 senior and 1 junior.We all like to go out and party but we definitely get our study on during the week. Occasionally we take part in a taco Tuesday or wing night but not too often. We do like to have the occasional party at our house, but I mean very occasional, and still nothing to crazy. We are looking for someone who is friendly, easy going, no drama, clean, non-smoker!
